    3. Upgrade the programs of these modules to match those of the other modules.

    Possible Causes:

    1. Poor USB cable connection when controlling via USB cable.
    2. Damage to USB driver of control computer.
    3. Poor contact of network port when controlling via network port.
    4. Incorrect network settings when controlling via network port.
    5. Firewall or antivirus software restrictions when controlling via network port.
    6. Damage to sending card.

    Troubleshooting:

    1. Replug the USB cable and check both the cable and the USB interface on the computer.
    2. Reinstall the latest version of the debugging software, including USB drivers
    3. Replug the control network cable and check both the network cable and the computer network port.
    4. Set the computer Ethernet TCP/IPv4 to automatic IP and DNS addresses
    5. Disable computer firewall and antivirus software
    6. Change the sending card
